Return Refund Policy

At Kandy India, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness for all transactions.

 

Return Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Notification: Returns & Exchanges requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exclusions: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Refund Policy

  • Form of Refund: Refunds are issued as coupon codes, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed once we received the returned item and it passes our quality inspection.

 

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
  2. Product Preparation: Ensure the product is ready in its original packaging for collection.
  3. Pickup: We will schedule a pickup at your convenience.
  4. Completion: Upon receipt and approval, we will issue a coupon code for refunds or complete the exchange process.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Post-dispatch Cancellation: Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

 

Incorrect Shipments

  • Resolution: If you receive an incorrect product (We need video of unboxing or unpackaging), we will arrange for a free return or exchange.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns or exchanges initiated for reasons other than incorrect shipment, a reverse shipping fee of ₹199 will be applied.

 

Failed Quality Inspection

If the returned product does not pass our quality inspection, the return will be rejected. This may occur if the product is found to be:

  • Used, worn, or damaged.
  • Missing original packaging or tags.
  • Returned in a condition that is not as originally delivered.
  • Item was Different.

In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be processed. Additionally, any shipping costs incurred for the return to be charged to the customer.

 

Packaging & Return Condition

Please ensure that items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product fails to meet our return standards.
